Two Signature Dining Locations At Hudson Yards

JRM Construction Management completed work on two signature dining locations for Neiman Marcus at The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards.

Located on the 7th floor, Cook & Merchants is a 3,000 SF food hall concept. JRM worked closely with Janson Scuro to construct the grab-and-go space that features a gourmet coffee bar, a chocolate, beer, and wine bar, a spacious demonstration kitchen, along with seating and
retail areas.

On the 6th floor is Bar Stanley, a full-service bar and cocktail lounge that pays homage to Neiman’s famed leader, Stanley Marcus.
