Multi-Floor Restack Of Landmark Headquarters For Financial Firm

JRM Construction Management was tapped by a confidential financial firm to complete a significant renovation within their headquarters in New York City. The expansive 93,900 SF restack project in the landmark building features new workstations, trading desks, state-of-the-art conference rooms, a boardroom, and an employee cafe. The project included the installation of advanced technology systems, including security and AV/VC in the IDF rooms and a new DOAS HVAC system.

JRM built-out new flex rooms and completed modifications to the existing internal stair structure to meet current code requirements. Additionally, the renovation features ADA-compliant bathrooms and core bathroom upgrades, along with a replacement of the base building AC unit.
