Phased Interior & Exterior Plaza Renovations For Brookfield Properties

JRM Construction Management completed a phased renovation of the existing lobby at Brookfield Properties’ expansive Brooklyn Commons commercial complex located at 15 Metrotech Center in Brooklyn, NY.

The project features a modern new lobby design, including upgraded wall finishes throughout, new oversized porcelain tile in the elevator lobbies, state-of-the-art lighting upgrades, and new turnstiles with the latest security technology.

JRM also upgraded feature walls in three locations with new artwork and constructed a new bike room and shower area for the building’s tenants to utilize with storage for 52 bicycles.

Additionally, JRM fully enhanced the plaza area along the exterior of the building with stylish new seating and plush landscaping.
