Malibu Beach Surf Shop With Storefront Featuring Custom Painted Wave Mural

JRM Construction West completed a 4,200 SF tenant improvement build-out for Boardriders in Malibu, California. High-end finishes included a motorized surfboard carousel suspended from the ceiling, an outdoor patio overlooking the ocean, polished concrete floors as well as wall finishes with brick and grey wood cladding.

JRM coordinated with the local municipalities in order to smoothly complete the exterior finishes and sidewalk replacement with recessed lighting fixtures. Surfer and famous artist, Billy Stewart touched up a large-scale mural of a wave in front of the store.
