JRM Construction Management completed work on the new offices of Better Mortgage, an innovative digital mortgage solutions provider located on the 57th floor of the World Trade Center.
The 45,000 SF project entailed fitting out the entirety of the floor while managing all Port Authority filings and sign-off procedures, along with coordinating work as the floors both above and below remained occupied.
The completed offices feature a state-of-the-art boardroom and conference rooms with full presentation capabilities, a new main cafe pantry and lounge area, open workstations, and a sleek new reception area with stunning views of the New York City skyline.
Additionally, the space features polished concrete floors, demountable office fronts, and custom millwork details throughout.
