Creative New Offices For National Tech Firm

JRM Construction Management completed an interior fit-out for AppNexus, a national tech firm with a cloud-based software platform that optimizes online advertising. The 67,000 SF space was redesigned to accommodate the expanding company’s needs to house more than 200 new hires in a stimulating, new-age working environment that promotes creativity, community, and self-expression.

Private offices, open-plan workstations, and private telephone rooms were installed as well as a wellness room with showers, a yoga room, juice bar, coffee bars, and an atrium. JRM designed multiple state-of-the-art conference rooms with seating capacities ranging from six to thirty people.

A welcoming guest reception, seating area, restrooms, and an all-new MEP system were installed to deliver the 18-week project on time and within budget.
