High-End Luxury Retail Showroom With Intricate Cutting-Edge LED Ceiling

JRM Construction Management completed the extensive interior fit-out of Amaffi Perfume House at 40 East 57th Street. JRM worked collaboratively with TPG Architecture and Henderson Engineers over the course of seven months to bring the design vision of Amaffi, a luxury perfume boutique known for its exclusive fragrances, to fruition in the space. Zeroing in on the brand’s mission to create singular, high-caliber experiences for consumers, JRM worked closely with the Amaffi team to deliver a seamless design reflective of the company’s core spirit. The JRM team coordinated the millwork, stone, molding, and lighting package vendors to provide an exemplary retail environment where every detail plays an integral part in the consumer experience.

JRM’s scope of work included the installation of high-end stonework, a starry night ceiling with more than 3,000 LED lights on a black background, custom light fixtures and chandeliers, a new custom storefront, as well as high-end metal finishes and highly integrated LED merchandise lighting throughout the store along with integrated electrical millwork. The team also installed distinct security and HVAC systems for the front-of-house and back-of-house, including secure storage areas for merchandise.
