JRM Construction West completed the build-out of the A.L.C. retail space at Palisades Village in Pacific Palisades, California. The project spanned a period of 10 weeks and included curved archways throughout the store with precise radii, faux beams with built-in lightbox ceiling fixtures, Venetian plaster finishes, and a Lutron lighting system.
JRM directed close coordination throughout the project to successfully locate the faux beams along with the numerous ceiling devices. Additionally, the delicate wall finishes required careful protection.
