Multi-Floor Base Building Improvements For Boston Properties

JRM Construction Management completed a base building improvement project for real estate investment firm Boston Properties at their 7 Times Square commercial building.

The project for the landlord encompassed four different spaces spanning across three floors. The scope entailed the white box of one area, an interior fit-out, and two additional pre-built spaces.

JRM installed modern new finishes throughout the renovated elevator lobby, including stone tile, metal and glass entry doors, and pendant light fixtures. The space also features a new cafe pantry area with millwork and stone details.
