Extensive Infrastructure Renovations For Jack Resnick & Sons

JRM Construction Management completed work on extensive base building infrastructure upgrades and renovations for Jack Resnick & Sons at 315 Hudson Street. The scope of work for the 350,000 SF project included multiple phased lobby renovations, a prefabricated MER room, new cooling towers, fire pump, switchgear, and all new gas risers in the existing boiler flue shaft. JRM completed structural upgrades of the cast-iron columns, shoring work, loading dock repairs, and installed a new building storefront. Additionally, JRM furnished and installed a new canopy with planters.
