JRM Construction Management completed work on numerous building upgrades at 225 Varick Street for Hines including a renovation of the existing lobby with all associated finishes.
JRM installed a 2-stop hydraulic elevator and new stairs leading from the ground floor to the cellar for a future restaurant which required new slab openings.
Additionally, JRM installed a new entrance to the NYSC inclusive of new stair openings, decorative stairs and patching of affected finishes. A new 1,400 ton 3-cell cooling tower was installed on the roof along with related risers.
