Luxury Multi-Family Development For Norkez Properties

JRM Construction Management is working on a project for Norkez Properties to completely overhaul and expand the corner of Columbus Drive and Barrow Street in downtown Jersey City with a new multi-family development including luxury condominiums, townhomes, and new storefronts.

Known as the Columbus & Barrow Residences, construction includes a comprehensive historic renovation of an existing 9,000 SF property with a full façade restoration and build-out of four new high-end condominiums.

The largest portion of the development will be a new 75,000 SF, 7-story ground-up complex with 50 luxury residences and a wide-range of amenities. The property will include over 40 ground floor parking spaces with automated parking stackers and a stunning new rooftop terrace. The façade will feature gray brick, precast stone, and metal cladding, and a 3,570 SF retail space on the ground floor.

Additionally, JRM will construct new ground-up residences on the Barrow Street side of the property including multiple two and three-family townhouses totaling over 17,000 SF.
