JRM Construction Management is proud to announce that our project One World Observatory was the recipient of a Thea Award in the Outstanding Achievement category. The famed attraction has been described as arrestingly unique and we are honored to have been the General Contractor/Construction Manager for this iconic project. The observatory is located at One World Trade Center and displays breathtaking panoramic views of the city. JRM’s co-founder and CEO, David G. McWilliams, attended the California based Gala and accepted the award on behalf of the company.
