JRM Construction West has completed multiple build-outs for French high-end luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton. Located at South Coast Plaza, The Men’s Store completed in August 2022 and VIC completed in February 2023. The new 6,000+SF boutiques features a refurbished sales floor, fitting rooms, wrap station, restrooms, and a fully modernized room for “very important customers” (also known as a VIC Room).

“We are honored to do multiple projects with Louis Vuitton and grow our relationship. We look forward to continue supporting all expansion and remodeling efforts across the West Coast,” said John Jackson, JRM Principal.

In addition, Louis Vuitton staff will be accommodated with renovated workstations, manager’s office, back-of-house restroom, back-of-house storage and a break room. JRM will also be responsible for installing new fire alarms, HVAC systems, audio systems, visual systems, and a new storefront system. JRM will work closely with Louis Vuitton USA, South Coast Plaza, Gruen Associates, REX Engineering Group, and Englekirk to ensure all project goals are met.
