JRM Construction Management has opened an office in Costa Mesa, California, located at 950 South Coast Drive. The new location officially opened for business early this year under the leadership of Martin Gilbert and John Jackson, Principals/Project Directors. The new location will allow JRM to better serve existing clients who have a national presence as well as expand their client base on the west coast.

Building Upon the East Coast Operation’s Success

JRM Construction Management was founded in 2007 in New York City and has continued to grow rapidly since its conception. Providing construction management, general contracting, and design-build services, JRM Partners David G. McWilliams, Joseph P. Romano and Jim Connolly recognized an opportunity for expansion to serve their existing clients throughout the United States. The west coast branch has already been awarded multiple projects from clients such as the Cotton-On Group and Quiksilver.

Martin Gilbert and John Jackson’s extensive construction experience will ensure that all construction assignments are successfully completed. They will also be responsible for the development of new business, and guarantee that JRM is providing top-notch construction management and general contracting services.

“We are looking to expand upon the success of the east coast office and offer the same quality services and exceptional value to our clients,” said John Jackson. “We are now able to work with many of our existing clients in their west coast endeavors while having more of a hands-on role in the process.”
