JRM Construction Management is pleased to announce it has completed an interior and exterior fit-out for The Ferrari Official Retail Merchandise store located at 19501 Biscayne Boulevard in Aventura Mall, a luxury mall in Aventura, Florida, near Miami. The project features new partitions to create fitting rooms, cashwrap and to divide the sales area from the back of house, as well as new lighting and mechanical modifications, among other aspects.

JRM worked closely with Rossana Capurso Atelier as designer, Noberto Rosenstein and Restekc as the Architect and MEP Engineer, respectively, on the project, which also included new walls with display shelving, new walls along the windows with clay finishing plaster by Matteo Brioni, and new walls in the fitting rooms with are cladded with leather. The doors of the fitting room and cashwrap, the floor, the storefront and exterior sign were improved by the JRM team.
