JRM Construction West completed a 12,000-square-foot demolition and renovation of the U.S. Bank Tower’s 54th floor and a 17,000-square-foot main lobby renovation for building owner Silverstein Properties. The property’s current ownership acquired the 1.4-million-square-foot tower located at 633 W. 5th St. in Los Angeles for $430 million in the summer of 2020.

“The project, part of Silverstein’s major high-rise renovation, encompassed a range of new amenities throughout the 54th floor, along with a marketing gallery and dedicated co-working area,” said John Jackson, principal, JRM Construction West.

He continued, “The project also included the removal of all signage throughout the exterior of the building, all elevator lobbies, and across the management floor while patching and refinishing all surfaces.”
