JRM Construction Management has completed a major construction project for a confidential client’s headquarters office building located in Woodland Park, NJ. The project totaled approximately 24,000 square feet and was completed in two phases.

This project consisted of major upgrades to the ceilings, MEPS, lighting, wall covering, millwork, bathroom fixtures and amenities, as well as renovations and upgrades to the main cafeteria, entrance lobby, large three-story atrium, three floors of main corridors, four floors of pantries and two core bathrooms.

“This project was no small undertaking,” said Marc Reissman, JRM principal. “We coordinated closely with selected contractors and facilities to ensure the building remained fully occupied, operational and especially safe, during all renovations.”

JRM completed the project on time and within budget, with assistance and guidance from the project architect, Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architects, and the MEP engineer, Robert Derector Associates.
