JRM Construction Management is working on a project for Canoe Brook Country Club, a private, family-oriented country club in Summit, NJ. Encompassing 3,415 SF, the new building will house a bag storage facility and caddy shack. The new space will feature a kitchenette, caddy lounge, caddy restrooms, showers, and lockers.

The project also includes site improvements, new concrete foundations, wood framing, interior finishes, and all new MEP systems to support the facility’s operations.
