Internet Brands’ and WebMD’s office at Gateway Center in Newark has an updated look in anticipation of the new tenant.

JRM Construction Management revealed the renovation of the 99,000-square-foot project Sept. 22. The work on the third and fourth floors added new private and executive offices, conference rooms, workstations with distinctive barreled ceilings and modern pantries.

WebMD is expected to house up to 700 employees at the office. Gateway Newark has seen a number of new looks since its purchase by Onyx Equities, including its dramatic jewel box entrance on Raymond Boulevard and at McCarter & English LLP’s five-floor headquarters.
