JRM Construction West was established in 2016 by John Jackson and Marty Gilbert to deliver our clients JRM’s consistent standard of excellence on projects nationwide, regardless of size, scope, or complexity. John and Marty spent their early years growing with JRM in our New York headquarters, where they helped develop our proven process and client-first approach. JRM West embodies this ethos, solid construction, and excellence in on-site management.
Based in California, JRM West brings our clients the expertise and full capabilities of a large firm while maintaining a boutique firm approach with top-down involvement. Our teams work collaboratively on all projects, both small and large, from principals and directors to project managers, estimators, supers, and our laborers on-site. We believe that the key to success is the adaptability of our dedicated employees and the extensive industry knowledge they apply to strategically constructing innovative solutions for unforeseen challenges.
