JRM Construction Management was tapped by bespoke menswear clothing retailer, Hive & Colony, to build-out their new boutique at 485 Madison Avenue.
The project began with demolition of the existing space to make way for the new boutique. Hive & Colony’s new store features sleek tile flooring throughout the sales floor, level 5 finishes in key areas, modern wall coverings, and numerous displays for their merchandise.
JRM also installed a new glass entry door to welcome customers into the store. The infrastructure systems were fully upgraded to support the store’s operations, including a new sprinkler system, AC unit, plumbing fixtures, diffusers, fans, and state-of-the-art lighting controls.
