Modern Showroom For Electric Vehicle Automaker In South Coast Plaza

JRM Construction West was tapped by Swedish electric automaker Polestar to construct their new showroom in the bustling South Coast Plaza shopping center in Costa Mesa, CA. The space features a sleek new sales floor that showcases Polestar’s performance electric vehicles with multiple built-in sales displays.

Polestar’s new showroom includes room for four electric vehicles and three customer consultation offices. JRM also constructed back-of-house support areas, including an office, a breakroom, an electrical/IT server room, and storage space.

New finishes were installed throughout the showroom to create a modern and stylish aesthetic. These finishes included baffle-suspended ceilings, custom millwork, skylights, large 5’ x 10’ ceramic tiles along the sales floor, and a custom fry reglet base.

Additionally, JRM installed a new entry facade featuring fixed clear and opaque glass panels and a 10’-8” H sliding glass door entry. The result is a beautiful and functional new showroom that showcases Polestar’s signature electric vehicles.
