New Store For Iconic Outerwear Retailer In American Dream Shopping Mall

JRM Construction Management completed a new retail store for Canada Goose in the iconic American Dream shopping mall. The project showcases Canada Goose’s commitment to providing an unparalleled shopping experience. The new retail boutique features a luxurious sales floor, complete with a fitting room, a sophisticated cash wrap desk, and back-of-house support spaces including a manager’s office, kitchen, staff lounge area, stockroom, receiving area, lockers, and restrooms.

The attention to detail is evident in the exquisite finishes selected for the space. The fitting room is adorned with wood planks, and custom venetian plaster walls add a touch of elegance throughout. The millwork, crafted from marble, white oak, and glass, adds a bespoke and high-end aesthetic to the interior.

JRM not only focused on the aesthetics but also ensured the functionality of the space. The installation of air handling units, condensing units, and modifications to the sprinkler system were seamlessly integrated into the build-out. A highlight of the project includes the installation of a new black veil metal finish and brushed stainless steel storefront system, enhancing the overall architectural appeal.
