JRM Construction Management is delighted to announce the completion of a captivating interactive play area at the Center for Toddler Development in Barnard College. Crafted to perfection by the Architecture Research Office and seamlessly coordinated by DBI Projects, this charming space seamlessly blends the joys of learning and play.

Imagine a world scaled just for toddlers, complete with adorable “hobbit-sized” doors, mini cubicles, and slides — every feature is crafted from custom millwork and infused with a spectrum of vibrant colors and diverse materials. Adjacent to this wonderland, we’ve included a discreet observation room fitted with one-way glass, enabling staff and students to study the play habits of the toddlers. Staff amenities are not forgotten, with adjoining support offices, meeting rooms, testing areas, and a well-equipped pantry. All in all, JRM is thrilled to offer a setting that is both joyous and functional, underscoring our commitment to the mission of Barnard College.
