JRM Construction Management completed a project for UltiMaker, a leading manufacturer and developer of 3D printing hardware, software, and printing materials used worldwide. The US-based firm recently merged with competitor MakerBot, which is based in the Netherlands. The merged companies offer a wide range of products used by the automotive, architecture, healthcare, education, and small-scale manufacturing industries.

The 30,000 SF project at 55 Water St in New York City entailed the construction of modern new workspaces for UltiMaker, including fully equipped conference centers, private offices, and a cafe pantry area. The space also features a state-of-the-art research and development lab to foster innovations in UltiMaker’s hardware and software offerings.
