Multi-Floor Renovation For Private Equity Firm Managing Philanthropic Assets

JRM Construction Management completed the build-out and renovation of multiple floors for a private equity firm in New York City. The project spanned the 16th, 17th, and 18th floors of the building. The 11,000 SF build-out across the 18th floor prominently featured new stairs connecting to the 17th floor.

The 18th floor included a new multipurpose room used for events and office functions with folding partitions to section the space off into smaller rooms. The renovated 17th floor included a café area, upgrades to lighting systems, and micro-conference rooms. The 16th floor included multiple small conference rooms as well as multiple Zoom meeting rooms.
