Expansive New Office Floor & State-Of-The-Art Event Space

JRM Construction Management completed an expansive new office floor and state-of-the-art event space for an international investment firm at 345 Park Avenue.

The offices spanning across 65,000 SF are newly programmed for the firm’s human resources arm with high-end finishes throughout. The space features a stunning new reception area, open workspaces, private offices, and multiple collaboration areas.

The 9,000 SF plaza level project entailed the build-out of a new state-of-the-art event space featuring cutting-edge theater equipment for the client to host large meetings and presentations. The event space includes a new green room, a warming kitchen, and a pre-function area.

Additionally, JRM upgraded the existing 4,000 SF street-level restaurant into a private kitchen and dining space. JRM also completed the demolition and removal of a staircase and escalator. Making way for a new staircase connecting the pre-function area to the restaurant below.
