Expansive Renovations Across Two Floors For Leading Healthcare Publisher

JRM Construction Management completed work on a comprehensive interior renovation project for WebMD’s existing offices located at Two Gateway Center in Newark, NJ. The 99,000 SF project encompassed renovations across the 3rd and 4th floors to accommodate a new entry lobby, private offices, unique workstations with barreled ceilings, conference rooms, and executive offices.

The new space also features video recording studios equipped with stage lighting, cafe dining areas, and storage space. The new architectural finishes go hand in hand with complete new mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler systems and a new state-of-the-art lighting package throughout the space.
