JRM Construction Management completed Convene’s new flagship location at 530 5th Avenue in New York City. The new space features over 116,000 SF of stunning workplace, meeting, and amenities areas.
The four-floor build-out included a multitude of private office and coworking spaces, along with an expansive state-of-the-art meeting and event space for up to 72 people. Two new interconnecting stairs connect the multi-floor coworking and amenities areas.
JRM constructed a range of amenities from a fitness center with a yoga studio to spas, showers, meditation rooms, and a landscaped terrace with city views. Members and guests can also take advantage of the fully stocked on-site cafe.
