Expanded Headquarters For Private Client

JRM Construction Management completed a 30,000 SF interior build-out for an international investment firm, expanding their existing headquarters in New York City. The new space features an open ceiling design with a new interconnecting staircase between floors.

New executive offices with high-end details were constructed for the private client, along with an employee cafe and wellness room. In addition to new conference rooms with full AV capabilities, employees and clients can also utilize a new large multipurpose room featuring Skyfold glass partitions for easy reconfiguration of the space.
