JRM Construction Management completed a stunning new renovation of the historic Wollman Ice Skating Rink in Central Park. The 13,600 SF project in New York City included complete updates throughout the entertainment space.
JRM built-out a new ticket booth, servery, and Pro Shop. The space features sleek new finishes, a full commercial kitchen, a serving area, and guest seating. New rubber athletic flooring was installed throughout, and a new skate rental counter was constructed with custom millwork details.
Additionally, JRM completed upgrades to the MEP systems, including chiller rebuilds and new lighting throughout to support Wollman Rink’s continuing operations.
