JRM Construction Management completed work on international law firm Kelley Drye & Warren’s new headquarters located at 3 World Trade Center. The expansive three-floor build-out included 104,000 SF of new legal practice areas including private offices, workstations, legal file storage, and support spaces.
JRM constructed a stunning cafe lounge with custom details throughout along with an intricate feature staircase connecting two of the levels. Multiple state-of-the-art conference centers were incorporated throughout the floors with full AV capabilities. Additionally, JRM completed a striking new elevator lobby and reception area.
