New Laboratory & Offices For Global Fragrance & Flavoring Manufacturer

JRM Construction Management completed work on an interior office and lab build-out for Symrise at 505 Park Avenue. Symrise produces inspiring fragrances, flavorings, food ingredients, and active cosmetic ingredients that enhance the sensory and nutritional properties of products used by consumers in over 160 countries around the world.

JRM constructed a state-of-the-art fragrance lab and installed all new MEP systems throughout the new space. The two-floor fit-out also included a new reception area, lobby, open work stations, private offices, conference rooms with full AV capabilities, and a café & pantry.
