JRM Construction West completed work on a project at ROW DTLA, an Atlas Capital Group property located in Los Angeles, CA. The project scope consisted of a 2nd-floor tenant improvement build-out within the existing 6-story building including the basement.
JRM constructed new office suites and common areas with partitions along with interior glass office fronts. New electrical lighting and power, as well as plumbing and mechanical VRF systems were installed to meet the needs of future tenants. The space features polished concrete, an open-ceiling design, and a pantry with a quartz countertop island.
