Extensive Infrastructure Upgrades, Stage Expansion, & Facade Remediation

JRM Construction Management completed renovations to the existing Minskoff Theatre in the heart of Broadway in New York City.

The project scope featured facade remediation and extensive upgrades to the infrastructure.

Additionally, JRM expanded the stage and added a new hydraulic stage lift and high-end finishes throughout, including stunning terrazzo flooring.
