Luxury Retail Boutique Along New York City’s Famed Madison Avenue

JRM Construction Management was commissioned to create a flagship store for international fashion brand Philipp Plein at their Madison Avenue boutique in New York City.

The 7-week project scope began with a complete demolition of the existing 2,000 SF space followed by the installation of an exquisite and domineering marble and glass storefront, custom marble and mirrored millwork, Italian lighting, and a bathroom complete with new electric service and exhaust systems.

Additional work included custom stainless steel trim, 200 down lights, five evocative chandeliers, pop-up ceilings with the brand’s signature hexagonal millwork design, and herringbone inlay marble flooring.
