Expansive New Headquarters For International Law Firm

JRM Construction Management completed the expansive renovation of law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett at 425 Lexington Avenue in 7 phases over an 18 month period. Four floors were completely gutted and the fit-out included three attorney floors and one full floor consisting of a 20,000 SF full cooking kitchen servery and dining facility as well as three large multi-purpose rooms.

The scope of work included the build-out of a new law library and the renovation of the existing library. JRM built a mock courtroom with four teleconference rooms and installed six interconnecting staircases in the space.
