JRM Construction Management finished an interior fit-out for Dobrish Michaels Gross, LLP (DMG), a boutique family and matrimonial law firm, at 757 Third Ave in New York. JRM completed the project, located on the building’s 18th floor, concurrently with construction it performed to the common corridor, which was coordinated with building management. Both projects were finished ahead of schedule.

JRM worked closely with Susan Dougherty of Suben Dougherty Architecture and John Andrinopoulos of MGEngineering to perform DMG’s 6,100 SF build-out, which included glass walls for offices and conference rooms, a custom reception desk featuring a decorative surface by Soelberg Industries, Wattstopper lighting controls, and wood veneer custom-matched to wood plank floor tiles. In addition to the DMG build-out and common corridor upgrades, JRM also completed separate fireproofing and masonry patching work at the property, performing required upgrades to bring the building up to code during the early stages of DMG’s fit-out.
