JRM Construction West completed multiple build-outs for Blue Bottle Coffee in Southern California. At the Robertson Plaza building in Los Angeles, California, JRM worked closely with Loc Associates, who served as the owner’s representative on behalf of Robertson Properties and Architect Ryan Upton of Wrk-Shp to deliver the 1,500 SF retail space, complete with fine, delicate finishes and high-end coffee equipment throughout.
The unique, clean design of the new space features wide open ceilings which bend upwards and are complemented by curved walls. The shop is furnished with suspended pendant lights, polished terrazzo countertops and shelving units, plastered cabinets, an oak bookshelf, and oak seating areas. The serving bar boasts stainless steel countertops and state-of-the-art coffee equipment.
