Multi-Phased Lobby & Facade Renovation For Luxury Condominium

JRM Construction Management delivered a 3,000 SF exterior facade/lobby renovation for 630 First Avenue’s Manhattan Place Condos. To maintain building integrity and standard of living, the lobby renovation was completed in four phases utilizing temporary walls and protective materials to minimize disturbances.

Installations included a sheetrock ceiling, mailroom, concierge desk, and HVAC upgrade. The lobby was then garnished with custom stone masonry, millwork, lighting, seating area, carpeting, and a luxurious waterfall.
