JRM Construction West acted as the construction manager for the Healthpointe Medical Clinic in Temecula, California. The full interior fit out of the clinic included room for x-rays, surgery, casting, physical therapy, doctor offices and reception Additionally, the storefront’s entrance was brought up to ADA standards.
The job was estimated to be completed in 18 weeks, however JRM’s experience and drive allowed for the project to be finished in just 11 weeks. JRM coordinated the core vendors and closely worked with the client to approve all submittals.
The scope of work focused on the installation of lead-based materials including doors, hardware, frames and lead-lined electrical outlets which help minimize the effect of any radiation output.
