Sophisticated New Building Lobby For Tourmaline Capital Partners

JRM Construction Management delivered a sophisticated lobby transformation for Tourmaline Capital Partners at their Class A commercial tower 801 Brickell in Miami, Florida. Working with JLL, Claro Architecture, and Manuel Mollinedo Engineering, we re‑imagined the arrival experience with a striking library lounge on a raised platform finished in Hakwood European oak, framed by elegant bench seating, decorative railings, and lush planters. High‑end Tambour and Panbeton wall panels and refurbished elevator cab doors and jambs elevate the space’s refined aesthetic.

The upgrade also introduces a modern café clad in premium finishes and connected to the exterior plaza via a folding pass‑through window and service door, complemented outside by a new aluminum shade canopy. At the parking level, under‑utilized rooms were repurposed for building equipment, boosting operational efficiency. This project exemplifies JRM’s ability to blend luxury finishes with practical functionality, delivering an inviting, value‑adding environment that aligns perfectly with Tourmaline’s vision for 801 Brickell.
