JRM Construction Management partnered with a leading financial services firm on multiple major renovations and build-outs at 730 Third Avenue in New York City.

Highlights include a state-of-the-art conference center on the 8th floor with high-end finishes and presentation capabilities, new executive offices, and upgrades to the 7th-floor terrace and 4th-floor library. Lighting enhancements on the 3rd floor and improvements to the firm’s main offices round out these large-scale improvements.

JRM also completed an expansive new auditorium and meeting space, spanning two floors and featuring multi-purpose rooms, a double-height forum, a commercial warming kitchen, new core restrooms, and interconnecting stairs for seamless connectivity.
