JRM Construction Management completed a new showroom for high-end bicycle retailer Specialized in the vibrant heart of Miami’s Coconut Grove. This 2,800-square-foot retail space embodies the sleek and innovative essence of the brand, thanks to the striking contrast between the blacked-out ceilings and pristine white walls. These elements highlight the bicycles, ensuring they remain the focal point throughout the store. The project also included restoring the terrazzo flooring, which adds a touch of historical elegance to its modern, minimalist aesthetic.

In collaboration with OKW Architects and James F. Turner Engineers, JRM ensured that every detail was meticulously crafted to meet the high standards expected by Specialized Bicycle Components. The collaboration was integral to overcoming challenges and seamlessly integrating the restored elements with modern enhancements. The completed project not only enhances the visual appeal of the showroom but also creates an inviting atmosphere that reflects the Specialized brand’s innovative spirit.
