JRM Construction Management completed a new flagship location for Swiss luxury watchmaker IWC Schaffhausen along New York City’s prestigious Madison Avenue. Developed for Richemont North America with client representative Turner and Townsend, the project features custom finishes and an immersive customer experience, with contributions from architectural firm Gensler and engineered by Henderson.

The luxury fit-out includes a striking new decorative façade and an interior that exudes elegance and sophistication, providing an inviting and immersive experience for clients.
