Expansive 5-Floor HQ For Leading Digital Archiving & Data Management Firm

JRM Construction Management completed an expansive five-floor interior build-out for Global Relay, a leading provider of regulatory-compliant digital archiving and data management solutions. Located in New York City, the new offices boast three floors of open work areas, glass-front private offices, fully-equipped conference centers, employee pantries, and multiple collaboration areas designed to foster innovation and efficiency.

Additionally, JRM has constructed several unique features within Global Relay’s new headquarters, including a state-of-the-art broadcasting studio complete with a full editing suite, a dedicated artist’s room, and an expansive assembly auditorium with a capacity of over 200 for large-scale multimedia presentations. The highlight of the build-out is the 42nd-floor pavilion, which includes a boardroom with full presentation capabilities, a café with numerous seating areas, and a large outdoor terrace offering breathtaking views of the city. These facilities underscore Global Relay’s commitment to cutting-edge technology and employee well-being in their corporate environment.
