JRM Construction Management completed two forward-thinking projects for a prestigious global law firm, highlighting the law firm’s investment in work environments that promote casual collaboration, wellness, and camaraderie. Directed by the expertise of CBRE and facilitated by the expedited efforts of Milrose, JRM has expertly brought to fruition the vision of revitalizing the law firm’s workspace to adapt to the changing needs of its professionals.

The project included the development of a modern social hub on the 26th floor, envisioned as a central area for casual interactions among staff, with a focus on a café and modernized elevator lobbies. Additionally, the 35th floor was transformed into a multi-functional broadcast and video capture facility, designed to support live feed interviews with key professionals, showcasing the firm’s innovative and forward-looking spirit.
