JRM Construction Management was tapped to build-out new legal offices for a general practice law firm. Located on the third floor of Onyx Equities’ 6 Campus Drive in Parsippany, NJ, this 15,650-square-foot project is where modern design meets practical functionality.
The space was designed by Ware Malcomb and engineered by Shine Engineering. The new offices feature top-notch conference rooms, individual private offices, and collaborative open spaces. JRM added glass fronts to the offices and conference rooms to give the space an open and modern feel.
The entire office received new flooring and ceilings, along with custom woodwork in various areas like the pantry and wellness rooms. On the technical side, JRM also updated all the essential systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC to be in sync with the building’s existing infrastructure.
