Multi-Floor Re-Stack Of Stylish New Offices

JRM Construction Management completed a comprehensive re-stack and build-out of a global financial services firm’s New York City offices along 5th Avenue. The expansive project was completed in two phases, impacting five full floors.

In the first phase, the third and seventh floors underwent a complete build-out to craft all new work areas. In the second phase, JRM completed the re-stack of the fourth and fifth floors.

Across all floors, JRM constructed modern new workspaces, numerous private offices, and state-of-the-art collaboration areas for the private client. The offices feature stunning new interconnecting stairs that extend into the thoughtfully designed lounge and cafe area. JRM also installed custom design elements throughout the entry lobby, reception, and interior halls.
